Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. We aim to deliver the exact product shown on the website. However, minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or packaging updates. If you ever receive a wrong item, please contact us at support@acumenbyshikder.com within 24–72 hours with your order number and photos, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt in the Order Confirmation email/SMS you receive after placing an order. If you have an account, you can also log in to your account and check My Account → Orders → View to see your order details/receipt.

If you can’t find it, email us at support@acumenbyshikder.com with your order number and we’ll resend it.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us first: Email support@acumenbyshikder.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share details: Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and clear photos/video (required for damaged/defective items).

  3. Approval & instructions: Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility, then share the return address/courier instructions.

  4. Send the item back: Return the product in unused/original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories (if applicable).

  5. Return delivery cost: The customer will pay the return delivery charge (unless we confirm the return is due to a wrong/defective/damaged item from our side).
